Welcome to the Madison Metropolitan School District Financial Services Homepage. The Accounting department is responsible for managing the District's overall accounting and financial reporting, and a full range support to District staff including the following:
- Processing payments to vendors
- Employee reimbursements
- Billing and invoicing
- Student fees
- Cash receipts and deposits.
- General ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
BPA also serves as internal audit, implementing and monitoring the District's financial processes, cash flows and short term borrowing needs and long term borrowing compliance.
